Driving around in metal boxes worth on average £15,000, that can easily travel 100 mph, crammed with expensive technology on ever busier roads, that can cause life changing injuries if crashed, driven by around 35m people in the UK as young as 17 years old - fully insured for £500 - even at £700..... is it just me or is that not that bad?? It costs about £150 a year to insure a mobile phone!

The holy grail, that is a saving of £35, really is a total waste of time that no-one will notice or even cares about.

There has to be much better ways to expend energy for HMG, the Daily Fail and the ABI surely?
