it is simply not possible to make the law and the rules that govern courts simple given the many different scenarios they have to covert cover. That is why people have to spend time studying them in detail to understand them. These "lawyers" as I shall call them used to be quite important to the justice system. Now they are seen as an expensive unwanted bunch of fat cats. I have walked away in disgust and am happy to watch those responsible do nothing to sort the mess out.
