What A rotten business. Now ex clients through their claims company want to sue their own solicitors!. This is after they have been represented professionally and received compensation on their behalf. This is pure greed!
If firms can justify they have done the necessary work, ( most of the time , it is more than what they receive ) and show that they fully explained to the client about the deductions, they should be ok.
