Is that actually a quote? I only ask because I am so incredulous as to its accuracy. He wants to implement communist concepts into damages?? 'No, brain damaged 3 year-old, you don't get the £4 million you need to cover your life-long care needs. We've £1 billion in the pot this year (as set by government stipend) and we've had 384,231 successful claimants this year, so you get your equal share of £2,602. Oh, and so does the next claimant, who suffered from a 10 hour failure to diagnose a stubbed toe'.
