Registered Charity No: 222879 (England & Wales), SC038262 (Scotland).

The Royal Horticultural Society is the UK's leading gardening charity dedicated to advancing horticulture and promoting good gardening. Our goal is to help people share a passion for plants, to encourage excellence in horticulture and to inspire all those with an interest in gardening.

The four RHS gardens, Wisley in Surrey, Hyde Hall in Essex, Harlow Carr in North Yorkshire and Rosemoor in Devon, demonstrate horticultural excellence and bring joy and inspiration to thousands. Behind the scenes we research how best to cultivate plants and protect them against pests and diseases, garden sustainably in a changing climate and encourage biodiversity. We enthuse gardeners of every age and ability to get growing, nurturing swathes of colour and scent from bare soil.

Legacies are at the heart of the Society's funding. By leaving a legacy to the RHS you can pass on your love of gardening by helping to fund the vital scientific research that underpins an understanding of plants and to give joy and inspiration to gardeners of all ages, including thousands of school children and young people.
