Fraser Brown, Nottingham’s oldest independent law firm, has expanded its commercial property team with a new senior associate appointment and a newly qualified solicitor.

James Woodward (pictured, left) has joined as a senior associate from SGC Solicitors. Prior to that, he had also worked at Nelsons. James joins the firm’s Nottingham office to specialise in all aspects of real estate law and provide support to the business services department.

Liam Wilkinson (pictured, right) completed his training contract at Fraser Brown and has successfully qualified into a role in the commercial property team.

Patrick Wood (pictured, centre), managing partner at Fraser Brown, said: ‘This is a great bolster to our property team.

‘Commercial property has historically been the backbone of Fraser Brown, so it is great to see talent joining us at all levels, ensuring we can continue to offer a consistent service to our clients.’
