He handles matters involving multijurisdictional internal and external investigations. His work includes regulatory compliance advisory, global policy design and rationalisation, and implementing controls to mitigate legal, financial and reputational risk.

Roberts has advised clients in relation to major prosecutions brought by the DoJ, SFO and the FCA, as well as the NCA, the ICO and the CMA.

Roberts commented: 'I am delighted to be joining Grosvenor to launch its White Collar Crime and Investigations team, and am thoroughly looking forward to expanding the practice over the coming months. The firm has been moving from strength to strength in recent years, and I am excited to add another dimension to its already wide-ranging and robust client offering.'
