It is a bit soon to hand out Obiter's hotly-contested end of year PR awards, but a late and powerful entry for the 'Least Humble Law Firm 2004' has landed on Obiter's desk. Seizing on an entry in the latest Chambers directory, City firm Ince & Co has sent a press release headed 'Ince & Co disaster and crisis expertise "second only to the Red Cross"'. Peter Rogan, the firm's senior partner, is quoted as saying that the firm is 'flattered to be compared to the Red Cross'. Who says hyperbole is dead?
