Obiter encourages readers to pitch up at the Law Society before 18 January to catch the 48th annual exhibition of the Society's art group, whose membership is open to solicitors as well as their close family members and law firm staff. The show includes all types of work - many group members have, in addition to their legal careers, had formal training in art and exhibit professionally.
This year's show will by judged by Francis Bowyer, a past president of the Royal Watercolour Society and a member of the New English Art Club. Among the exhibits will be 'Rocks at Cuckmere' by Jon Corballis and 'Lago Fruit' by Tom Butler.
