The Humane Research Trust is the UK’s largest charitable funder of exclusively animal-free medical research. We support pioneering scientists developing human-relevant alternatives to animal experiments, helping advance treatments while avoiding animal suffering.
Since 1961, we have funded scientists developing innovative, animal-free approaches to diseases including cancer, Parkinson’s, cardiovascular disease, Alzheimer’s and eye conditions.
