International firm DAC Beachcroft has boosted its profits by 10% in what was also a successful year for equity partners. The firm’s profit before tax was £39 million, up 10% on the previous financial year while profit per member was £432,000 – a 20% rise.
Total turnover was up 2.4% from £202m to £207m. The firm said it also reduced its net debt by £1m so that overall debt now stands at £19m.
David Pollitt, managing partner, said: ‘To have done this is in a year of challenging market conditions, including Brexit, is particularly pleasing. The key financial metrics show further improvement this year with record turnover, a significant increase in profitability and profit per member, and another year of reduction of our net debt.’
The firm said it had retained a place on the NHS Resolution panel and won places on the new panels for BT and Crown Commercial Services.
