An investigation by the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office has dismissed all complaints against His Honour Judge Peter Thornton QC.
Thornton had been accused by the media of being ‘an apologist’ for paedophiles because of an article he wrote in 1982 for the National Council for Civil Liberties.
