Commercial law firm Harper James Solicitors has announced the appointment of corporate partner Adam Kudryl who has joined the firm to operate across Birmingham, Shropshire and the West Midlands.
Adam brings with him a wealth of experience in corporate law, specialising in mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures in the property development and asset finance sector; having previously worked as firm-wide head of banking and cambridge head of corporate at Howes Percival Solicitors.
Commenting on his new role Adam said he was ‘excited’ to be working with a genuine innovator and disrupter in the legal industry.
