Boyce Hatton Solicitors has appointed Andrew Macmillan as head of employment law, based at the firm’s Torquay offices.
Andrew has consistently specialised throughout his 25-year career in employment law. He joins Boyce Hatton from Motor Industry Legal Services (MILS) where he was a partner and the Retail Motor Industry Federation’s employment law expert and was previously a partner at Beers LLP.
Andrew advises businesses of all sizes and sectors on employment law issues, from employment contracts and service agreements to disciplinary and grievance procedures, and from reorganisation and restructuring matters to company compliance issues including data protection, email and privacy policy.
