Beale & Co has welcomed partner Paul Henty to the firm’s corporate and commercial practice.

Paul Henty

Henty has advised on a range of regulatory issues, including competition law, public procurement and the Modern Slavery Act 2015. He also has experience advising on general corporate and commercial contracts, GDPR, the filing of regulatory complaints and assisting businesses to achieve compliance. 

He joins Beale & Co’s specialist team of legal advisors to the construction, engineering and infrastructure sector.

The firm’s international profile is expanding and we share a number of major clients...Construction and engineering has been an important part of my practice to date and I am very aware of Beale’s impressive work with regard to large, international infrastructure projects.'

Henty joins the firm from Charles Russell Speechlys LLP where he was co-head of the EU Competition Law practice.
