Multi-disciplined law firm Banner Jones has expanded its private client division with the appointment of Charlotte Hudson, a private client solicitor specialising in wills and probate law.

Charlotte joins the Mansfield-based private client team with immediate effect, bringing with her more than 10-years’ experience advising clients on all aspects of probate law including wills, lasting powers of attorney, probate and elderly client matters.

Also boasting particular expertise in dealing with immigration cases from application stage all the way up to the Court of Appeal and issuing successful challenges against the legality of Home Office decisions, Charlotte joins Banner Jones from UnionLine where she was the wills, trusts and probate team manager overseeing a department of seven advisors and fee earners.

Sarah Nadin, head of the private client department at Banner Jones commented: 'Charlotte is a welcome addition to our established Private Client team – bringing with her considerable expertise and experience.

'Her arrival is indicative of our ongoing commitment to deliver an outstanding service to our clients as demand continues to grow across all of our divisions.'

Commenting on her appointment Charlotte said: 'Joining a multi-award-winning, ambitious law firm with a long-established reputation for excellence in private client work is a fantastic opportunity.

'Given the emotive nature of many of the cases we manage it is important that our clients have access to the support and expertise they need; especially with regards wills and probate matters.'
