National law firm Enable Law LLP has recruited industry heavyweight Stewart Young to its clinical negligence team as a legal director. 

Young joins Enable Law from Stewarts where he specialised in clinical negligence claims involving catastrophic injury. He has a background in healthcare disputes having previously acted for several healthcare regulators, including the General Medical Council.

He has significant knowledge in bringing complex maximum severity claims to the High Court in London. Stewart has acted for individuals in cases including spinal, brain injury, birth injury, blindness, psychiatric, fatal and delay in diagnosis of severe sepsis cases.

Young is an Accredited Senior Litigator of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and a member of the charity Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA).
