Associate Simon Stone has joined Goodman Derrick's corporate team.
Stone advises on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, joint ventures and corporate restructuring. He has extensive experience advising companies and individuals on shareholders’ agreements and general company matters including articles of association and Companies Act 2006 procedural issues and compliance.
His clients originate from a wide range of industry sectors including life sciences, finance, media and tech.
Stone started his career at Slaughter and May before training at Blaser Mills Law, qualifying in 2019.
