Goodman Derrick LLP has recruited Daniel Dodman as partner in its dispute resolution team.

Daniel Dodman

Dodman regularly acts in respect of shareholder/company disputes and in relation to allegations of fraud in the commercial sector. He also has experience of addressing FCA and SFO investigations in respect of money laundering and bribery issues.

Dodman's clients include national and international corporates, institutional clients and high net worth individuals.

In Otkritie v Urumov & others, Dodman acted for a Russian bank in a successful High Court action against a number of ex-employees accused of fraud. The case was worth over £200 million.
