Firm hire: IT director joins Howard Kennedy

Howard Kennedy has welcomed IT director Tony McKenna to the firm. 

McKenna will lead the IT team, ensuring strategic collaboration with the business, updating the IT resource model, and providing a future-proof technology foundation for business processes.

He is a Council member of the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) and chair of the ILTA UK Programming team. 

McKenna commented: 'I’m delighted to be joining Howard Kennedy to help them realise their vision of delivering straightforward advice to ambitious clients.'

McKenna was previously director of Information Technology at Gowling WLG UK. He has also held senior roles at magic circle firms Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and Allen & Overy LLP.
