Essex and Herts law firm Attwaters Jameson Hill has appointed Karen Webster to its medical negligence team.

She joins the regional firm from a respected Bedfordshire-based legal practice.

Karen gained a law degree at the University of Kent and then completed her Legal Practice Course. She joined a Luton practice in 2010 and excelled during her two years as a trainee solicitor there, qualifying in the summer of 2012 and specialising in medical negligence cases.

Head of medical negligence David Kerry said: ‘After two further years with that firm Karen saw an opportunity to further her career and assist more victims of medical negligence by joining us. Our friendly, professional team extends a warm welcome to her.

‘She joins one of the most highly regarded medical negligence teams in the Home Counties, which works tirelessly to achieve justice in cases of inadequate, inappropriate or negligent medical treatment.’

‘I feel very fortunate in joining David Kerry’s team,’ Karen said. ‘My previous firm had an ethos of developing expertise and understanding to ensure the highest standard of advice and exceptional client care.

‘These qualities are also at the top of Attwaters Jameson Hill’s priorities, never more so than in the distressing and sensitive circumstances that often surround medical negligence cases.’
