Nottingham-based Fraser Brown Solicitors expands its commercial and franchise team with the appointment of Ketan Mistry, who joins the firm as a solicitor.

In his new position, Ketan assists with a wide range of commercial and franchise legal services; including IT services agreements, license agreements, supply and distribution agreements, data protection policies, confidentiality agreements, IP licences and assignments and franchise agreements.

Ketan worked for five years at Shoosmiths LLP joining as a paralegal, before completing his training contract in the firm’s Manchester office.

Ketan will work alongside Fiona Boswell, head of the commercial and franchising team, and is preparing to help host a GDPR seminar on 27 February at the firm’s offices to advise organisations on a three-month compliance program to get GDPR ready.
