As a leasehold enfranchisement specialist, Leigh is well-versed in handling all aspects of leasehold reform law, tenants’ rights of first refusal, right to manage claims, and residential landlord and tenant legislation including contentious Tribunal work. Leigh is also an honorary consultant for the Federation of Private Residents’ Associations.

The residential property team recently saw changes to its structure with Jeremy Raj appointed as national head of residential property in November 2017, following his arrival to the firm in September 2017.

Chris Baker, partner and head of leasehold enfranchisement and residential management said: ’We’re delighted to welcome Leigh to the team. Leasehold enfranchisement is a very specialist and complex area and so to recruit someone of such high calibre significantly strengthens the base we are continuing to grow in the residential property sector.’
