Asserson, an English Law firm based in Tel Aviv, is delighted to announce that Adrian Wallace is joining the firm as a partner from October 2018.
Adrian Wallace has been a partner in London Real Estate practices for more than 30 years, for the last 10 years at Fladgate LLP. His primary focus is property development. He acts for residential and commercial developers, and in particular in the acquisition and disposal of brownfield development sites. He also acts for property investors in relation to the purchase, sale and management of investment properties.
Adrian Wallace’s work is across the UK although he also has a deep understanding of the London market and property issues. He has consistent experience in acting for investment funds, restaurant chains, shopping centres, national retailers and residential developers on projects valued at many millions of pounds and has been retained by clients on multiple transactions over many years.
Adrian Wallace’s appointment adds strength and depth to Asserson’s well-regarded Real Estate team, and continues the expansion of its London office which already houses a Planning boutique headed by Daniel Drukarz.
