Law firm VWV has welcomed partner Chris Knight to its Watford office.
Knight specialises in supporting charities, schools and social enterprises with governance issues and commercial challenges. He focuses on mergers, reviews and reorganisations. Clients he has advised include research councils and institutions, national charities, independent schools and higher education institutions.
Knight will be developing VWV's charity and educational client base in the south east. He will also be supporting charities with the legal challenges posed by coronavirus, including around contract delivery, governance and funding.
Knight joins the firm from Hewitsons, where he lead the charities team for 13 years.
