At Sackers, they will both be advising trustees and employers on a range of defined benefit and defined contribution issues.

Donnan trained and qualified within the commercial law group of the Government Legal Department. She joins Sackers’ specialist pensions litigation team and will advise trustees and employers on all types of disputes from member complaints to high court litigation.

Sackers senior partner David Saunders commented: 'Recruiting lawyers at the start of their careers enables us to build stable, well structured teams and deliver the very best service to new and existing clients. Leanne, Sarah and Dan add valuable resource and we are delighted to welcome them to Sackers.'
