HRC Law LLP has appointed Sarah Milligan to its growing property department. Sarah joins the firm as a solicitor, bringing with her experience across a range of property matters. Joining from JMW, Sarah trained and qualified at Nexus Solicitors where she ran her own caseload of commercial property transactions. This included acting for sellers, purchasers and lenders in matters ranging from small investment properties to multi-million pound corporate transactions.

Her role at HRC Law will see her work closely with partner and commercial property solicitor, Helen Marsh, to support the firm’s increasing workload following an increased demand for property work from existing clients and an influx of new clients, particularly in the retail sector.

Commenting on her appointment Sarah said: 'It’s always been important for me to work with clients in a clear, honest and personal manner and, with values neatly aligned to my own, I’m looking forward to working alongside the team at HRC Law. I’m excited to take this next step in my career within such an ambitious firm that prioritises continued growth and development.’

The firm’s property department, led by Helen Marsh, has handled numerous high profile deals during the past 12 months, including advising NICCE clothing on its lease of new warehouse and office space in Shoreditch, acting on behalf of The Fragrance Shop to secure its flagship Oxford Street store and working with SpaMedica advising on its leases to establish private hospitals in Sheffield and Birmingham.

Helen commented: 'The commercial property market is very much alive and, as a result, our property team at HRC Law has continued to grow. Sarah joins us at an exciting time and will, I’m sure, be a huge asset in ensuring we continue to provide our clients with the highest quality advice and support.’
