Milner-Moore has worked across numerous large, cross-border cases, including on international insolvencies such as the global insolvency of Nortel. He has also advised major financial institutions, including in relation to financial derivatives.

Milner-Moore joins from Herbert Smith Freehills where he was a senior equity partner and occupied various roles in the disputes practice.

Simon Bushell, co-founder of Seladore Legal alongside Gareth Keillor, commented: 'Gary’s intellectual prowess, collegial nature, and his resilient character are well known to us and he is a natural fit for Seladore. He is an exceptionally good lawyer with a notable reputation for conducting heavy cross-border disputes of real complexity and importance. We are delighted to welcome Gary to the practice.'

Milner-Moore said: 'I am excited to be joining Seladore at a time when the firm is busy and expanding. Given how well I know Simon, Gareth and Kevin professionally, I can see our complementary skills working very effectively, especially for clients with the most difficult and high stakes problems.'
