International corporate and commercial law firm Berkeley Rowe has welcomed senior associate Daniel Roberts and associate Jonathan Bennett to its litigation team.
The firm has also recruited two litigation paralegals, Anita Niaraki and Berivan Genc, and two trainees, Kailie De Zoysa and Imogen Simmonds.

He has experience advising high net worth investors, listed and private companies, partnerships, and start-ups. He is also instructed on financial settlements in family court proceedings.
Roberts is an ADR accredited mediator and is currently studying to become a solicitor-advocate through BPP.
Bennett, who joins the firm from Slaughter & May, works on contentious matters including breach of contract, company and shareholder disputes, corporate/M&A disputes, enforcement injunctions, debt claims, insolvency disputes, data theft, privacy and breach of confidence and civil fraud.
He also has property litigation experience, including landlord and tenant disputes, opposed and unopposed lease renewal proceedings, rent arrears recovery, enforcement of restrictive covenants and issues surrounding the Assets of Community Value regime.
Berkeley Rowe managing partner Marc Da Costa commented: 'After a successful year we are delighted to announce the expansion in our litigation team with these new arrivals. This expansion goes hand in hand with our growth strategy to strengthen resources and meet client demand. We are constantly looking to make our litigation team stronger, more competitive, and above all client centric. I am delighted to welcome Daniel, Jonathan, Anita and Berivan to the team, as well as congratulating Kailie and Imogen on their training contracts.'
