Thursfields’ Halesowen office has recently welcomed Sidrah Walimia into the expanding residential property team.

Sidrah qualified as a solicitor in 2011 after obtaining her LLB in law at the University of Leicester and completing her LPC at the University of Law. Sidrah completed her training at a large regional practice with offices in Birmingham and a large part of her training contract was spent in the land and development department gaining substantial experience in land, development and all areas of residential property.

Sidrah’s training and wealth of experience enables her to deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold property, registered and unregistered land, buy-to-lets, rights to buy, equity release and re-mortgages, as well as grant and extensions of leases. Sidrah’s attention to detail, high standards and professional manner enable her to provide an excellent and efficient service.

Sidrah will be working with the existing team at Halesowen, consisting of Stephen Bradley, who has been providing residential property services in the Black Country for 39 years, Samantha McHugo, a qualified paralegal with many years’ experience in residential conveyancing, Kiran Bi, a trainee licensed conveyancer and Lee Rodway, who is also embarking on obtaining his legal qualifications in conveyancing.

The team offers a personable yet efficient service and is structured so as to ensure that a member of the team is always on hand to deal with client enquiries, whilst a legally qualified and experienced person is dealing with the complexities of the matter thus ensuring an excellent and professional service is provided at all times.
