A specialist in defending motor-related large loss and catastrophic injury claims, Kate returns to DAC Beachcroft after almost five years at DWF where she was a director. She joins DAC Beachcroft’s 400-strong, national Motor Insurance team and is based in Manchester.

Paul, also a specialist in large loss and catastrophic injury cases, becomes a partner in the firm’s top-ranked Catastrophic Injury team. Based at the firm’s Birmingham office, Paul handles cases involving brain and spinal injuries, as well as fatal accident claims and those involving chronic pain syndrome. He was previously technical claims director at Browne Jacobson.

Commenting on the two appointments, Craig Dickson, CEO of DAC Beachcroft Claims Solutions, says: “We’re really pleased to welcome Paul and Kate to the partnership. They are highly regarded practitioners, acknowledged by clients and peers alike for their technical expertise as well as their ability to build strong client relationships. These two appointments support our strategic plan to build our Claims Solutions business, not just in Manchester and Birmingham but across our wider network.”
