Boddy’s practice focuses primarily on cross-border commercial litigation, shareholder disputes and insolvency litigation. Boddy will be working alongside Hardeep Nahal, who is ranked as a leading individual in both the Legal 500 UK and Chambers Europe directories.

’William’s promotion is evidence of the hard work he has put in on behalf of clients and I congratulate him on his achievement,’ said London office managing partner, Dan Peyton.

Four of the firm’s London associates were singled out for recognition in the 2017 edition of Legal 500

’In the London office, we do not measure growth simply by the number of partners in the firm, but in terms of the strength of expertise and depth of experience we offer in the key areas of importance to us, namely litigation, corporate/M&A and debt finance,’ said Peyton.

During 2017, the firm made a number of hires in these areas including M&A partner Jeremy Davis, debt finance partner Jennifer Kafcas and leveraged finance partner Lorraine Vaz.
