Farringdon-based law firm Lawrence Stephens has recruited associate Kimberley Clift and solicitors Rosalin Gautam and Raphaela Kohs. 

Clift has joined the firm's real estate finance and banking department. She advises lender clients including well-known banks and boutique lenders and has experience in advising on residential and mixed-use property refinances and large-scale ground-up developments.

Dispute resolution solicitor Gautam specialises in commercial litigation and professional liability disputes. She speaks Swedish, English and Norwegian. She has acted for insurers, companies and private individuals on professional negligence claims, contractual and shareholder disputes.

Kohs, who is also multi-lingual and speaks fluent English, German and Tamil, joins the firm’s newly established family department. She is experienced in international, cross-jurisdictional cases on both contentious and non-contentious family law matters. Kohs has a background in acting for expatriates, non-domiciles, foreign nationals and HNWIs on matters including divorces, high-net-worth financial remedies and child abduction cases.
