National law firm Foot Anstey LLP has welcomed Ayesha Faraj Al-Nuaimi for work experience after she was awarded Most Enterprising Law Graduate from the University of Plymouth.

The accolade, which is sponsored by Foot Anstey, is awarded to one graduate per year from the university.

She joined the South West headquartered firm at its Salt Quay office in Plymouth, assisting its lawyers in supporting clients with legal enquiries and corporate deals.

Ayesha was supported by partner Ken Lewins, associate Kieran Van Bussel and recruitment specialist Debbie Moors.

Ayesha commented: 'I was honoured to have received such an accolade; it validated all the hard work I put into my degree alongside the extracurricular activity. The biggest highlight of my work experience has been to have the opportunity to speak to different employees at Foot Anstey and learn about the different teams and sectors. I've been able to experience the fantastic culture here at Foot Anstey.'

Lewins commented: 'Being involved in initiatives like the Most Enterprising Law Graduate Award for University of Plymouth, is just one example of how we are supporting local communities and access to legal careers in our region. It has been a privilege to be able to offer Ayesha work experience with us, she showed great enthusiasm and talent. She should be extremely proud of herself for achieving the Most Enterprising Law Graduate Award and has a promising career ahead of her.'
