Asserson Law Offices has appointed Alexandra Davidson as a consultant to the firm on employment law matters.

Davidson has significant expertise in the area of employment law, following many years of private practice enhanced by her years of experience as an employment judge.

Assersons, which has won accolades in the legal world for its unique business model, placing much of the firm in low-cost Tel Aviv, is enjoying spectacular growth at present.

‘Davidson’s arrival will bring a layer of expertise to our rapidly growing employment practice. Our corporate clients are making increasingly sophisticated demands of us in this, as in other areas, as they respond to our attractive business model by increasing the range of instructions we are given,’ said Trevor Asserson, founding partner of Assersons.

‘My clients will be very attracted by the combination of bright lawyers and competitive prices that Assersons offers. I am excited to be part of such an innovative firm,’ said Alexandra.

Brought up in London, Alexandra trained at Paisner & Co, joining the firm in 1986. She was made a partner in 1999 and became the head of employment Law prior to the firm’s merger with Berwin Leighton in 2001. She went on to become a leading partner in the employment department of the merged firm, Berwin Leighton Paisner.

In 2009, she left the firm and took up an appointment as an employment judge in the London Central Employment Tribunal, where she hears a wide range of cases including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.

She has maintained her private practice and acts for a range of corporations and individuals, both internationally and domestically.
