Taylor Vinters, the focused technology, investment and private wealth law firm has appointed Helen Robinson as partner at its growing London-based international corporate team.

Helen is a corporate lawyer with a wide range of international expertise, including structuring, finance, special purpose vehicle transactions, and M&A work.

She has advised worldwide clients in relation to acquisitions and sales, re-structuring cross-border groups, re-financing portfolios, cross-border contracts and new ventures and will help to bolster Taylor Vinters’ international team.

Her recent experience includes advising a BVI group of companies on the re-finance of its property portfolio; assisting a US company in its acquisition of a European company as a platform for its global expansion and structuring an investment fund and leading the investment in Canada in respect of carbon capture projects.

Helen has worked as an in-house legal adviser for Compass Group, Taylor Willcocks and headed up Cumberland Ellis’ Company Commercial Department before joining Wedlake Bell LLP when the firms merged in 2012.
