Law firm Bevan Brittan has appointed Tim Rowe as a partner in its property practice, based in the firm’s Bristol office. Tim joins from TLT Solicitors where he was a partner.

Tim specialises in commercial property with a particular emphasis on large-scale development projects for landowners, and has acted on a number of nationally recognised mixed use development projects.

His appointment takes Bevan Brittan’s property practice to nine partners.

Tim’s biggest client is the Canal & River Trust (the former British Waterways board) for whom he has acted for many years. He also has a number of significant instructions for the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea and a range of other public and private sector clients.

Mark Calverley, head of property at Bevan Brittan, said: ‘I am delighted that Tim is joining us. We are expanding our practice as demand for advice on property developments and transactions grows. His extensive experience will add to the strength and depth of our team.’

Tim Rowe said: ‘There is a clear synergy between my practice and that of this firm. I look forward to working with my new colleagues to deliver effective solutions for our clients.’
