Dominic Higham has become the latest addition to Clarion’s growing dispute resolution team which now has three partners.

Dominic joins from DLA Piper in Leeds where he spent 15 years. He has extensive experience of complex national and international litigation, mediation and arbitration. In particular, Dominic has many years’ expertise in IT and outsourcing disputes and has acted in relation to some of the country’s most significant and high-profile technology contracts.

Clarion partner Simon Young, who leads the dispute resolution practice, said: ‘Dominic is a very welcome addition. With his extensive, high-quality experience Dominic will be able to further enhance our dispute resolution offering.

‘With our client base continuing to grow across the firm, we are investing in further building our business services practice with the recruitment of high-calibre lawyers across a range of sectors and specialisms.

‘Dominic is part of that growth plan and will play a key role working with the rest of our commercial team to attract quality work and deliver excellent service to the firm’s existing and new clients.’

Dominic said: ‘This is an exciting time to be joining Clarion and I am very impressed with the quality of the firm, its lawyers and clients. On the back of those solid foundations and its strong reputation, I share the firm’s aspirations and vision to grow and improve its practice and to continue to make a positive impact in the market place.

‘I am looking forward to working in a dynamic and collegiate environment to help achieve those goals and move the firm further forward with its ambitious growth plans.’
