Dr. Ferdinand Fromholzer will join Munich office from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer
Before joining the firm, Dr. Fromholzer practiced at Freshfields from 1998 and as a partner since 2003. During his tenure, he practiced in the Hamburg and London offices and served as a founding member of the Munich office.
He will continue his corporate law practice, focusing on stock corporation law and corporate governance issues, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
