Thomas Eggar has recruited Jonathan Snade as an M&A partner who will work within the firm’s technology sector.

Jonathan, who will be based in the firm’s London office, is part of a focused recruitment campaign within the corporate and finance practice group, designed to introduce into the firm partners that will cross over key sectors and service lines and follows on the recent appointment of Daniel Webster who specialises in banking law and leads the firm’s financial services sector team.

Previously a partner in the corporate department of Penningtons Manches’ London team and prior to that, a senior associate at Pinsent Masons LLP, Jonathan specialises in UK and cross-border private company transactions.

Jonathan brings with him particular expertise of the technology sector where he advises a number of early-stage technology companies as well as established mid-market players. He is also a legal mentor on the BBC Worldwide LABS programme, supporting a number of high-growth digital media companies.
