Promotions: MJ Hudson, Law

MJ Hudson, Law, has made two new partner promotions. Edyta Brozyniak was previously at Macfarlanes and joined the firm only a year ago. Emmanuel Amos joined from Allen & Overy eighteen months ago.

Edyta Brozyniak advises on the formation of infrastructure, private equity and venture capital funds and co-investments. In the space of just twelve months Edyta has proved herself as a pivotal player in the Firm’s successful LP Unit, which includes sovereign wealth funds and governments as clients and has become central to its fund offering.

Emmanuel Amos has experience advising on a broad range of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, JVs, and private equity-backed transactions. He is listed as a recommended lawyer by Legal 500.
