GHP Legal has announced that Leah Mountford has qualified as a solicitor.

She joined the North Wales firm as a paralegal in October 2013 and was invited to join the firm’s trainee solicitor programme shortly afterwards. After achieving a degree in law at Manchester university Leah went on to Chester College of Law where she gained a distinction in her Legal Practice Course.

Since joining GHP Legal Leah has gained experience in all areas of law, working in each of the firm’s departments. She now joins the family team in the firm’s Wrexham head office as a qualified solicitor.

GHP Legal training partner, Nathan Wright, said: ‘Leah is a promising young solicitor with a very bright future ahead of her. Despite her young age she has gained the respect of colleagues and clients alike, through her knowledge of her chosen field, her efficiency and her excellent client care.

‘The partners are delighted that Leah has chosen to stay with the firm following completion of her training contract.’
