How many solicitors in reply to question number 1 of completion information and requisitions on title, produced by the Law Society under its TransAction scheme, answer as they used to under the old requisitions form - 'confirmed save as may have been subsequently varied in correspondence'?

Any that do should read the question, which asks the solicitor to confirm that the written information given on behalf of the seller is complete and accurate.
