Family lawyer Alan Caig has become president of the Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX). Mr Caig, who works in the Billingham office of law firm Clark Willis, said: 'My aim is to ensure that ILEX and our members become stronger, more efficient and even more consumer focused.'
