Children could find themselves even more at the centre of the battleground between warring parents, family lawyers' group Resolution warned this week after the government announced the scrapping of the Child Support Agency (CSA). Resolution chairman Andrew Greensmith said: 'We welcome initiatives which will free families from the CSA bureaucracy. But there are real dangers in what the government is planning. Headline-grabbing plans like tagging and passport confiscation are not the answer.'
