British Sky Broadcasting has asked us to point out that Legal TV is launching on a free-to-air basis under the open access regime applied to Sky's digital satellite service (see [2006] Gazette, 19 January, 4 & 11). The broadcaster of Legal TV is TV Legal Limited, a company that is not related to Sky in any way.
