We have been asked to point out that the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal order pertaining to Geoffrey John Playford (see [2006] Gazette, 20 July, 32) related to conduct engaged in before he joined the Rainham-based law firm John Morley & Company. At the time of the breaches, Mr Playford was employed on his own behalf.
