Co-operative Legal Services (CLS) is to take on Eclipse Legal Systems' Proclaim case management software. CLS plans to provide a range of services, including accident management support and a legal advice line, initially for the Co-op's 1.5 million members. Legal expenses insurance, conveyancing, will writing and probate services are also planned for a full consumer service. Proclaim is used in the PI, accident management, conveyancing and remortgage areas. CLS is to provide the services through its expanding in-house team and a panel of seven law firms (see (2006) Gazette, 14 September, 5).
