The Crown Estate has halved its eight-strong legal panel for its urban property portfolio, choosing London firm Forsters to handle its City, Midtown, Westminster and Kensington portfolio. City firm SJ Berwin will work on the Regent Street portfolio, London practice Pemberton Greenish the residential portfolio, while Bristol firm Burges Salmon has been reappointed to handle the regional property portfolio.
