Miyadera Gaming Centre operates pachinko mach-ines, a popular Japanese pinball game.
BS Group intends to export it.
London firm Memery Crystal acted for Miyadera.Most developed deal: City firm Lawrence Graham is advising London & Regional Properties on its 400 million development of a 22-hectare site at Park Royal, London, which is surplus land owned by Guinness.
The proposed plan includes offices, houses, shops and a hotel as well as an Underground station.
Travers Smith Braithwaite acted for Guinness.
Flightiest deal: Manchester firm Pannone & Partners was lead legal adviser for Manchester Airport on its 241 million acquisition of East Midlands and Bournemouth airports from National Express Group, advised by Ashurt Morris Crisp.
Clifford Chance advised Manchester Airport on the funding aspects, while Freshfields acted for the funder, Royal Bank of Scotland.
Scratchiest deal: City firm Howard Kennedy acted for Simply Vinyl the worlds biggest vinyl record producer on its exclusive worldwide distribution agreement with BMG Entertainment International, advised in-house and by US firm Brobeck Hale & Dorr.Most educational deal: City firm Fenners acted for ELS Group on its 5.7 million buy-out of the training division of Initial Personnel Services from Bridgepoint Capital, advised by Birmingham firm Wragge & Co.
Most mobile deal: London firm Mishcon de Reya and US firm Brown & Wood acted for Minorplant Systems on its $150 million acquisition of up to 64% of @Track Communication, a NASDAQ-listed US provider of mobile data solutions.
City firm Field Fisher Waterhouse and US firm Locke Liddell & Sapp acted for @Track, US firm Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz for the majority bondholders.
